Affinity groups and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are critical to building a culture of inclusivity and diversity within organizations. It has been demonstrated that the existence of these groups boosts feelings of inclusion and community for employees from marginalized communities and improves attraction and retention of diverse talent. Pay Equity Pledge
The Green 2.0 Pay Equity Pledge is a campaign to increase pay equity for people of color—particularly women of color—in environmental organizations. The pledge asks environmental organizations to take the critical step of reviewing the wages of their staff.
